This Muffy comes dressed as “Muffy Mouse”
Holiday Boxed Limited Edition 1995
Edwardian style suit with lace edged collar and cuffs, 2 yellow “cheesy” buttons at waist
Whiskered rubber nose
Pink tail with ribbon
Cheesy lace-up slippers
personalized striped stocking
Plate of cheese and crackers for Santa, dated 1995
Illustrated book box inspired by the famous “Twas The Night Before Christmas” poem
with  Certificate of Authenticity on the back
This muffy has never been taken out of the box so I’ve tried to get as many photos as possible through the opening. As I was adjusting her nose I noticed a couple of white spots underneath the nose, you might be able to see it in one of the photos
Also when adjusting her nose I noticed that the elastic holding it in place is dried out and cracking.
This is pretty much normal for any muffy hoppy etc.. the elastic dries out over the years, becomes brittle, and has no stretch… so be careful when purchasing and NABCO products…. ask about the elastic before purchasing.
The box top is a little pushed in but it’s not torn or ripped (see photo)

Muffy has become a favorite collectible among young and older teddy bear & doll collectors.
She comes dressed in a new outfit every Spring and Fall, or outfits were sold separately.
Also at the end of the year Muffy is dressed up in a limited edition holiday outfit.
Muffy also has her best friend Hoppy the Bunny, her dog Lulu, her horse Oatsy, and cat
Purrlie.
NABCO also created bears for Muffy’s Dad, Mom, and big brother and sister.
We had a fun Teddy Bear Collectibles Shop and were Authorized Retail Dealers
for NABCO in the 1990s – 2000s.
When we closed our doors, this item was still in our NEW Inventory.
All New Inventory was carefully packed in bins and placed in storage.
Now after 25-30 years, we are unpacking all our Muffy and Hoppy New Inventory
to sell here on eBay.
